Software Download Collision Avoidance

Release3.3allowsmultipleusersconnectedtoan ONS 15327 ringto downloadsoftware simultaneously.

This functionality avoids collisions by prohibiting multiple software downloads from occurring on any

single node. No special configurations are needed to use this feature.
